DEVELOPMENT OF ORGAN MUSIC IN RENAISSANCE

In this article are considered the main characteristics of the organ music of the age of Renaissance. The paper is based on the analysis of various organ music schools, manifested in the XV and XVI century. Special attention is devoted to the creative intentions of the most significant organ players of this period, and to the genesis of the characteristic musical genres.
